Who we are not right for.

Baan Yin Dee is probably not right for you if

1. You want to walk to the beach and Bangla Road many times a day. We are on a steep hill. The free shuttle runs at set times, and Grab fills the gaps, but the walk back up is hard. The hill, in detail.
2. Steep slopes are hard for you. Talk to us first and we will suggest the most accessible rooms, or be honest if we are not the right fit.
3. You want a party hotel. One guest wrote that they wanted something with a pulse. We are quiet and relaxed on purpose.
4. You expect a big resort with a full spa menu, a kids' club and several restaurants. We are a boutique resort with pools, views, RICE restaurant and personal service. We are not a mega-resort.
5. You want brand-new, minimalist design. Some of our rooms show their age, and guests have said parts of the resort need some care. We refresh rooms step by step and fix issues fast when you tell us.
6. You want a very soft bed. Thai mattresses run firm.
